How did I become Developer

My journey into development started back in 2020 pretty much by accident. At the time, I had no real coding experience, but I was fascinated by the idea of creating something from nothing. That curiosity led me to start making Discord bots with JavaScript. Honestly, I had no clue what I was doing. Most of my “coding” back then was just following tutorials or copying bits of code from others. But even then, I found myself really enjoying it, something about solving problems and seeing things come to life just clicked for me.

In 2022, I got into Minecraft plugin development. Once again, I started out by following tutorials and looking at existing code, but in 2023 I decided to actually learn Java. That made a huge difference, I started building my own plugins with the Spigot API, and for the first time, I wasn’t just copying code. I was creating things from scratch, figuring stuff out on my own, and learning a ton along the way. Plugin development quickly became something I genuinely loved doing.

After that, I wanted to try something new, so in 2024 I jumped into web development. I started experimenting with frameworks like React, Next.js, and Astro. Since I already knew a bit of JavaScript and had some solid programming basics from Java, it felt like a natural next step. Web development opened up a whole new set of challenges and ideas to explore and I’ve been hooked ever since.

These days, I’m continuing to grow as both a plugin and web developer. Going from copying code to building my own projects has been such a rewarding journey, and I’m excited to see where it goes next. Whether I’m working on Minecraft plugins or websites, I’m still driven by that same curiosity that got me started back in 2020.
